Our stay at Thambaphol’s place was perfect, located right around the corner is a 7-11 and a C- mart which is super helpful when buying snacks/drinks. It was super easy to order Grab here as well, the ac units all around the house worked so well we stayed nice and cool our whole stay. Thambaphol also checked in on us and made sure to give us food and activity recommendations, if you are looking for a nice local stay that is super convenient look no further, this place has it all!

Home 18 was such a fantastic place for our family of three to stay. Thambaphol and the team are incredibly responsive, proactive and helpful in communicating and making the stay as smooth as possible.
The home is beautifully set up and very comfortable. The location works perfectly because we were close to the action of Ban Rak, including access to all public transport, street food, shopping centre and massage.
The home is tastefully decorated and situated in a very quiet part of the street. We found the owners to be very helpful with storing luggage and allowing us to stick around for quite a bit of time after normal check out (due to our late flight).
We definitely recommend this fabulous accommodation and after many years of travelling in the great city of Bangkok, will absolutely be staying here again 😊

Nous étions un groupe de 5 amis à séjourner dans ce logement durant 4 nuits.
Le rapport qualité du logement était plus que correct avec une localisation parfaite proche du métro, de petits magasins et de restaurants.
Si vous aimez la marche le logement est à 1h/1h30 de beaucoup de quartiers et activités touristiques et 20-30 minutes en taxi.
L’hôte était très réactif et force de proposition. Il nous a conseillé de nombreux restaurants à tester sur Bangkok.
Le logement était propre et spacieux avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin (même une machine à laver!).
Je reviendrais ici lors de mon prochain passage à Bangkok c’est sûr!

If you are wanting to experience living like a local then this location is what you are looking for. Because the entry is in an alley, we had some confusion giving directions to Grab drivers. But once we starting using the university at the end of the street as our Pin location - problem solved.
The host’s recommendations were spot on and we followed several of them. Mr. Joe’s (walkable) is a must visit for their crunchy pork.
